Peggy's Studio
Peggy Kiefert Krouse, Portrait Artist and Illustrator
Your Photos
Peggy can work with glossy prints (at least 5x7” but 8x10” is
preferred) or high resolution digital files (JPEG or EPS format).
Color or black and white images are both acceptable, just be
sure the subject is in clear focus, not blurry. Slides,
transparencies, Polaroid photos, non-professional digital prints
or color copies cannot be used.
Peggy can only draw what is shown in the photo provided— she
cannot draw a front-view portrait from a side-view photo, for
example. However, she can make small changes/improvements
such as removing distracting logos from clothing.
Two or more photos can be combined into one group portrait or
collage. She will also simplify or remove the background so your
loved one is the main focus of the drawing. Detailed
backgrounds may require an additional fee, and may take longer
to complete.
Please contact Peggy if you have any specific questions about
your photos.
"Just wanted to let you know that I gave
my wife the portrait this morning
and she loved it! We've both always
loved that image of the kids, frozen
in time when they were still fragile, and
wide eyed. Thank you so much for your
time and effort on this project. It means
a great deal to us." --Pete Deubler, WI
